All orders are shipped from Turkey. All items big or small, are wrapped with lots of tender loving care to ensure its safe arrival to their new home. To make their journey even more comfortable we also pop them protective bubble mailers.

Express shipping options are available upon checkout, please select which shipping option you require before completing the purchase. Etsy will automatically calculate the combined shipping costs accordingly.

We often use UPS or FedEx. The company will automatically be selected by us. Unless the buyer sends a request.

If you select standard shipping, your order will be shipped with airmail, this includes tracking. Once your package has been mailed the tracking number will be entered into Etsy.

Your package may require a recipient's signature to validate it has arrived at its destination and protect both the buyer and seller in any unforeseen circumstances.

Since it is out of our control we cannot be held responsible for loss, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we can help with tracking & investigations.

We will contact you if your package returns back to us. Provide a photo of the package and an explanation for the reason of return (based on details written upon package).

If the package indicates it was unclaimed, un-deliverable or invalid address the reshipping fees are the buyers' responsibility. We can provide items refund minus original shipping fees upon request.

LOST packages are VERY RARE! If an order is undelivered the post office will return the package back to us (the sender). Refunds / Re-sending for 'lost' shipments will ONLY be made after 60 days from the original ship date.

Our item prices are set in Euro and are subject to change due to local exchange rates. You will be viewing the currency based on your computer/account settings.

Customs and import fees/duties are the buyer's responsibility
